Dead Sea Salt & Clay Bar

Visiting the Dead Sea in Jordan is an amazing, moving experience. Jordan is a beautiful country with the friendliest people and the tastiest food, and that’s just the beginning!

When you get to the Dead Sea, you’ll first notice that it’s easier to breathe (because you’re below sea level, the opposite of altitude).

Once you get to the sea itself, you’ll be amazed by the nourishing clay on your skin and your ability to float in the sea without any effort. After 20 minutes floating in the sea, you’ll come out of the water mentally and physically refreshed from the calming atmosphere and the rich nutrients in the sea.

This bar attempts to recreate the experience of visiting the Dead Sea - there’s honestly no replicating the real experience, but we did our best! Our specialized recipe will leave your skin feeling refreshed, while the pieces of Dead Sea clay and Dead Sea salt will help exfoliate and nourish your skin. The scent is Oatmeal, Milk & Honey - offering a warm, comforting, and soothing experience.

Ingredients: Dead Sea clay, Dead Sea salt, mango butter, Olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, sustainable palm oil (RSPO), kaolin clay, sodium hydroxide (lye), and sodium lactate (lactic acid), oatmeal milk & honey fragrance oil, colored micas. 

• Dead Sea clay and Dead Sea salt are rich with nutrients that will deeply nourish your skin while also exfoliating, leaving you with soft revitalized skin.
• Mango butter hydrates the skin and it prevents the skin from drying and peeling.
• Olive oil makes the soap gentle and nourishing to the skin.
• Avocado oil helps keep your skin smooth and strong with its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
• Coconut oil reduces dryness, allowing your skin to retain moisture. 
• Castor oil has antibacterial properties that can assist with calming redness and irritation on skin, and has antioxidants that fight free radicals in your body.
• Sustainable palm oil (RSPO) enhances skin elasticity, protects skin from harmful UV radiation, boosts circulation, soothes minor burns, slows the look of wrinkles, lightens dark spots and blemishes, and facilitates the regeneration of newer, more supple skin.

Disclaimer:  Please note each bar is handmade and slightly different, so weight and design may vary.  All soaps are cured for a minimum of 4 weeks to ensure a hard but mild bar of soap. For best results, elevate on a soap dish, avoid sitting water.  If irritation on skin occurs stop use immediately, and rinse skin with water.
